These terms apply to all sellers (“Authors”) who upload and sell digital products on Grabit.ph. By becoming an Author, you agree to the following:
1. Eligibility
To sell on Grabit Marketplace, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent if younger)
- Own or have full rights to all files you upload
- Provide accurate payout details (GCash, bank, etc.)
2. Product Uploads
- You may upload templates, eBooks, planners, scripts, or other digital products permitted by the marketplace.
- You must provide clear titles, descriptions, previews, and file formats.
- You are responsible for the quality and originality of your products.
3. Ownership & License
- You retain ownership of your uploaded content.
- By listing on Grabit.ph, you grant us a non-exclusive license to market and sell your product on our platform.
- You must assign a license type (Regular or Extended) to each item.
4. Author Earnings & Levels
Authors earn a percentage of each sale based on their lifetime earnings tier.
- The more you sell, the lower your platform fees become.

🗓️ Payout Schedule
Authors may request a payout once they reach the minimum withdrawal threshold.
All payout requests are processed on a fixed schedule—every 1st and 16th of the month.
Requests received before the cutoff will be included in the next payout batch.
💡 Make sure your payout information (GCash or bank details) is correct to avoid delays.
5. Prohibited Content
You agree not to upload:
- Copyrighted material you do not own
- Plagiarized or AI-generated content without value
- Offensive, violent, or misleading content
- Files with viruses or broken links
6. Refund Responsibility
- You must respond promptly if a customer reports a file issue.
- Grabit.ph may refund the buyer for corrupted, incorrect, or missing files.
- Repeated refund-related complaints may lead to content removal or account suspension.
7. Account Moderation
We reserve the right to review, remove, or suspend your listings or account if:
- You violate these terms
- You receive multiple unresolved complaints
- Your activity harms Grabit.ph’s brand or community
