DMCA Policy

Last updated: July 10, 2025

Grabit Marketplace ("we", "our", "us") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same.

Grabit Marketplace is a multi-vendor digital platform where creators upload and sell their own digital files. We do not create, own, or review the content uploaded by users, and we do not proactively check user-uploaded or created content for violations of copyright or other rights.

1. Important Notice

Grabit Marketplace does not pre-screen or moderate user submissions for copyright or intellectual property issues. Each author (seller) is solely responsible for the content they upload.

We act only as a platform to connect sellers and buyers and do not claim ownership or editorial control over digital files listed by users.

2. How to File a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that a file listed on Grabit Marketplace infringes your copyright, please send us a formal takedown notice via email:

📧 Email: support@grabit.ph
📬 Subject Line: DMCA Takedown Request

Your notice must include the following:

  • Your full name and contact information
  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim is being infringed
  • The URL or location of the allegedly infringing content
  • A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is unauthorized
  • A statement that the information you’ve provided is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
  • Your physical or electronic signature

3. What We Do After Receiving a Notice

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice:

  • We will review the claim for completeness.
  • We may disable access to the reported content temporarily.
  • We will notify the uploader (author) of the claim.
  • We will allow the uploader to submit a counter-notice if they believe the takedown was incorrect.

4. How to File a Counter-Notice (If You’re the Author)

If you’re the original uploader and believe your content was removed in error, send a counter-notice to support@grabit.ph including:

  • Your full name and contact information
  • The URL or description of the content taken down
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the takedown was a mistake
  • A declaration that you consent to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts
  • Your physical or electronic signature

If the original claimant does not file legal action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the content.

5. Repeat Infringement Policy

Accounts repeatedly flagged for confirmed copyright violations may be suspended or permanently removed from Grabit Marketplace.

6. Misuse of This Policy

Filing false or misleading takedown notices may result in legal consequences. Please ensure you are the rightful owner or authorized to act on their behalf before submitting a claim.
