• Sellers (also known as Authors) can upload and sell digital products.
• Sellers must ensure that all files uploaded are original or properly licensed.
• Grabit Marketplace reserves the right to remove content that violates intellectual property laws or platform policies.

4. Buying on Grabit

• Buyers may download purchased products immediately after payment confirmation.
• All digital sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless the file is proven to be defective or not delivered.
• Buyers are responsible for reviewing product details before purchasing.

5. Payments

All transactions are processed through trusted third-party providers such as Xendit.

Grabit Marketplace does not store or process payment information directly.

6. Payouts to Sellers

• Authors may request withdrawals via supported methods (e.g., bank transfer, GCash).
• Minimum withdrawal thresholds and payout schedules apply.
• We reserve the right to delay or deny payout requests in case of suspicious activity.

7. Content Ownership

• Creators retain rights to their content but grant Grabit Marketplace a license to display, promote, and distribute the product to buyers through the platform.
• Copying or redistributing digital files without proper purchase is strictly prohibited.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or plagiarized content
• Circumvent platform fees or abuse the payment system
• Use the platform to send spam or malware
• Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in harmful activities. You may also deactivate your account at any time by contacting us at support@grabit.ph.

10. Liability Disclaimer

• Grabit Marketplace is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages related to platform use.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that files will be error-free.
• Sellers are solely responsible for the products they upload and sell.
