  • Your full name and contact details
  • A description of the copyrighted work
  • A link or reference to the infringing content
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf

3. Counter-Notice by Authors

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice. Your notice must include:

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake
  • Your signature (physical or electronic)

Upon receipt, we may restore the content if no legal action is initiated by the complaining party within 10 business days.

4. Repeat Infringers

Accounts that are subject to repeated copyright complaints may be suspended or permanently removed from the platform.

5. Policy Updates

Grabit Marketplace may update this Copyright Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.
