Refund policy

At Grabit Marketplace, we offer digital products such as templates, eBooks, scripts, and business tools. Due to the nature of these instantly downloadable files, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed.

1. No Refunds for:

• Buyer remorse or change of mind
• Incompatibility with your software or device
• Accidental purchases
• Misunderstood product descriptions (please read carefully before buying)

2. Eligible for Refund (Under Special Cases):

We may issue a refund only if:

• The file is corrupted or fails to open, and the seller cannot replace or fix it
• The wrong file was delivered (e.g., not matching the product listing)
• The product violates our content policy (e.g., offensive or stolen content)

In these cases, please contact us within 3 days of purchase at support@grabit.ph with your:

• Order ID
• Email used
• Screenshot of the issue

3. File Access Problems

If you're having trouble opening a file (ZIP, PDF, Canva link, etc.), contact support before requesting a refund. We'll do our best to help you resolve the issue.

4. Seller Responsibility

Sellers are expected to upload working, original, and properly described files. Repeated refund cases may lead to account review or suspension.
